About Fonds Kwadraat

Fonds Kwadraat is a financial service provider in the arts and culture sector, supporting visual artists, designers, and photographers in the realization of their projects. Through interest-free loans and opportunities for network building, we provide the means to turn artistic ambitions into reality and reach a wide audience. Offering interest-free loans within the cultural sector makes Fonds Kwadraat a unique initiative.

As an independent and inclusive fund, we contribute to a vibrant and diverse arts sector. After a careful assessment, we provide interest-free loans of up to €6,000 for the development, creation, and presentation of new work within the disciplines of visual arts, design, and photography. These loans are repaid within three years, after which the funds become available again to support other artists and designers. In this way, our lending capacity remains continuously in circulation among artists.
