About Fonds Kwadraat
What we do
Fonds Kwadraat encourages and supports cultural entrepreneurship to enrich society with visual arts, design, and photography. We are an independent, inclusive fund established by and for entrepreneurial artists, providing interest-free loans up to €8,000 for the development, creation, and presentation of new work.
Fonds Kwadraat is a revolving fund: the amount is lent out, and within a maximum of three years, the loan is repaid, after which the money can be lent out again. Fonds Kwadraat is therefore a ‘revolving fund’. Thanks to the contributions of our private donors, corporate sponsors, and other partners, the fund supports not just one but many artists.
